Tiling is where the personality of a pool is truly expressed. We work with premium tile suppliers and specialist materials, including natural stone, glass mosaic, porcelain, and metallic finishes, to create surfaces that are both beautiful and enduring.
Our tiling team has the expertise to execute complex patterns, bespoke motifs, and precision colour gradients that transform the pool into a work of craftsmanship. Every tile is selected for its aesthetic quality, slip resistance, and performance in a submerged environment.
Swimming Pool Features, In Practice
Every one of our commissions is built around the same principle: swimming pool features are only ever as good as the engineering and craft that sit behind them. A water-blade fountain, a corner spa, a run of hand-cut tile — each is specified to the client's own brief, then built to perform for decades rather than simply look right on the day of handover. Water features are rarely decorative alone — each is engineered into the pool's hydraulics from the outset. At Rod's Pool in Northwich, a high-pressure water cannon delivers targeted therapeutic relief from a raised spa, alongside a recessed waterfall trickling down a quartz split-face stone wall. In Wilmslow, Venika's Pool pairs a 3D feature wall with a water-blade fountain and a recessed waterfall beneath a glass ceiling. Mark's Pool in Alderley Edge sends a waterblade through a glass-and-copper tile feature wall, while Brendan's Pool in Mobberley is centred on an oversized cobra-head fountain finished in shimmering lava tile. A bespoke jacuzzi is designed alongside the pool, not fitted afterwards. Venika's Pool in Wilmslow has a raised circular basalt-stone spa with a concealed automatic cover manufactured to wrap around its curve. At Janet's Pool in Northwich, a 2.2m square corner spa adds backrest massage jets for genuine relaxation after exercise. Mark's Pool in Alderley Edge carries the same basalt volcanic-rock edge stone through into its spa, with custom-cut drainage slots for a level-deck finish. Swimming pool tiling carries much of a pool's character. Mark's Pool in Alderley Edge is finished in our Gin Fizz tile, carried through from the pool into its spa and top-edge stone. Brendan's Pool in Mobberley combines polished, split-face and textured natural stone with lava tiles that shift colour through the day, and Rod's Pool in Northwich uses a quartz split-face stone wall as the backdrop to its recessed waterfall. We work in natural stone, glass mosaic, porcelain and metallic finishes, each chosen for slip resistance and long-term performance as much as appearance — these are swimming pool features that have to survive daily submersion, not just photograph well.The Pool Plant Room
The pool plant room is the part of a project clients rarely see, and the part that determines how the pool actually performs day to day. We specify and install the Dryden Aqua SPACE disinfection and filtration system, one of the most advanced water management platforms available for residential pools, with AI-driven chemical dosing, optimised backwashing and self-levelling water control.
